At 123Posters.com, we care about quality and service, so we pack every order carefully.

 

Note: We never fold posters. All posters are stored flat except blacklight/collectible posters. Did you know that many of our competitors sell posters that are previously rolled in plastic (like the posters in chain stores)? These posters are difficult to flatten out and are often damaged by the tight rolling process.

 

How we pack:

 

Single poster orders
The poster is inspected for quality, rolled in a protective sheet and packed in a sturdy tube.

 

Orders of several posters
The posters are rolled together in a protective sheet and placed in either a plastic sleeve or a sturdy cardboard tube, depending on poster type and quantity. The tube or roll is then packed inside a strong outer Priority Mail carton.


Framed/mounted posters
These items ship in custom-made cartons utilizing our own specialized cushioning techniques.

What if my poster is damaged?
Despite our best efforts damage does occur sometimes. Send an email to info@123posters.com or call our toll-free number to report damage. We will quickly replace the damaged item - guaranteed!
